At Keskine, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we are proud to offer a 90-day money-back guarantee when you purchase our Keskine IPL device or Face Mask. If within 90 days of your purchase from our official website, you are not satisfied with the results, you may return it for a refund.
To ensure a fair application of the return policy, we suggest users to follow the recommended usage stated in the manual for at least one month before submitting a return request. After about a month, users should see a noticeable reduction in hair growth for our IPL device. We also recommend extending your personal trial period to the full 90 days, as all individuals are different and it may take a longer period of time to see results from the IPL treatment. If the period of use is less than one month or the recommended usage stated in the manual is not followed, the return policy is considered void. Additionally, we will require pictures with valid date stamps each month of the progress (total 3 months).
In addition, please note that IPL may not be effective for every individual depending on their hair colour and skin tone. Therefore, we recommend that everyone review the suitability chart on our product page before purchasing. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, our personal-care devices cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. An item will be considered unsealed if any protective film, hygiene seal, retail box seal, product packaging seal, or internal product seal has been removed, broken, tampered with, or damaged after delivery. To start a return, please contact us at support@keskine.com before sending the item back. Returns sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the device is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
